  • Print-on-Demand Products: Production typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on order volume and design complexity.
  • Non-Print-on-Demand Products:
    • Simple Apparel (e.g., T-shirts, Sweatshirts): Sampling requires 7 business days; bulk production takes an additional 7-15 business days.
    • Complex Apparel (e.g., Coats, Suits, Dresses): Sampling requires 7 business days; bulk production takes an additional 15 business days due to intricate craftsmanship.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 12-20 business days.
  • Special Line: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days.
  • International Express: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not include production times. Delays may occur due to customs processing, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping. However, certain countries may have restrictions. Ensure your destination allows international shipments before ordering.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's progress via the provided link.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees vary based on destination, shipping method, and package weight. Final costs are calculated at checkout.

Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the customer's responsibility and vary by country.


Returns Policy

Return Eligibility:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, submit a claim within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or subjective preferences.

Return Process:

  2. Await Instructions: Our team will assess your request and provide return instructions if applicable.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations:

  • Unpaid orders can be canceled through your account dashboard.
